Privacy policy

• The details you enter at checkout: your name, company, email address and addresses. They are kept with your test order. You cannot create a customer account on this store.
• Test orders you place, with the purchase order number if you add one.
• Messages you send through the Contact form. They are stored in the store admin and never emailed.
• A usage log of AI assistant and AI search calls, for rate limits and cost control. Each row holds technical details such as the feature, the model and the cost, never your question or your IP address. Rate limits count by a hashed visitor key.

• It never sends email. Every outgoing message is blocked before it leaves the server.
• It never takes a real payment. Card checkout runs in Stripe test mode, and bank transfer and purchase order record the order only.
• It never sells or shares your information.

The AI assistant and AI search send your question and the relevant catalogue specifications to an AI model to write the answer. Do not enter personal or confidential information in either one.

The store sets the cookies WooCommerce needs for the cart, checkout and account sign in. It sets no advertising cookies.

To have an order or message removed, send a request through the Contact page and include the email address you used.
